Artist OS ("we", "us", "our") operates the Artist OS platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Google OAuth data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use this solely for authentication.

Contact form emails. When visitors submit their email through an artist page, we store that email address associated with the relevant site.

Site data. Content you create on your artist page, including text, links, and configuration settings.

We use collected information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate your identity, deliver contact submissions to site owners, and improve the platform.

Google. We use Google OAuth for authentication. Google's privacy policy governs their handling of your data during the sign-in process.

Hosting & database. Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted by third-party infrastructure providers who act as data processors on our behalf.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Sessions are encrypted and all data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems.

When visitors submit their information (such as an email address) through an artist page hosted on our platform, we store that data on behalf of the artist who operates that page. In this context, the artist is the data controller and Artist OS acts as a data processor.

Artists are responsible for how they use the data collected through their pages and must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws. If you submitted your information through an artist page and wish to have it deleted, you may contact the artist directly or reach out to us and we will facilitate the request.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our rights.

Our service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
