Artist OS is a website builder that allows artists and creators to build a single-link page showcasing their music, events, booking information, and social links.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create on Artist OS. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of the platform. The Artist OS name, logo, and platform code remain our property.

If your page collects visitor emails through our contact forms, you are responsible for how you use that data. You agree to comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when contacting people who submit their information through your page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
